1. How much oil will be lost per batch within the machine and oil reservoir?

A: Because we do not use a "oil line," there is little to no loss. Instead, ideal pistons are used to push the oil out. The channelized oil basin allows the led to sit deeper in the oil, leaving about 30ml or so in the basin after filling the syringe for the next time it is run.

 

2. How frequently does it need to be calibrated?

A: Our machines are not required to calibrate using the same cartridge style for each run. It is recommended, however, that you calibrate the machine range.

 

3. How many units per hour can it fill? every day?

A: Our 100pcs/time filling machine series can fill up to 200 cartridges per minute in ideal conditions.

Given that, it can fill up to 12,000 units per hour and 288,000 disposable cartridges or pods in a 24-hour period.

 

4. How long does the heating-up procedure take?

A: It takes 10 minutes to heat both the injector and the basin.

 

5. Can the machine be run continuously throughout the working day?

A: Yes. Our 100-piece-per-minute filling machine was designed for continuous operation. You can keep the machine lubricated by pouring oil into the basin or cycling between basins. If you have specific requirements, we can create a customized oil basin of 1000-1000ml for you.

 

6. How do differences in oil viscosity affect performance?

A: Different oil viscosities necessitate varying draw-up times from the basin to the injector, as well as varying oil basin and injector temperatures. Setting up for extending the T1, T2, T6 time to 15-20 seconds from the setting parameter if your oil is thick or super thick.
